τα τελευταία νέα της εταιρείας για From Traditional Spring Barrier Gates to Non-Spring 3D Technology: How G30 Approaches High-Speed Vehicle Access

As commercial parking facilities, industrial parks, and intelligent access points place greater emphasis on vehicle throughput, the mechanical structure of automatic barrier gates is also evolving.

From conventional spring-balanced mechanisms to non-spring drive systems and 3D motion control, barrier gate technology is moving toward higher-speed and more intelligent vehicle access management.

The WEJOIN G30 Super 3D Barrier is designed within this technological context.

New Requirements for Traditional Spring-Based Structures

Traditional barrier gates commonly use springs to balance the boom, allowing the drive mechanism to control its upward and downward movement.

In high-frequency applications, the barrier gate may repeatedly perform opening and closing cycles. Therefore, the long-term operation, adjustment, and maintenance requirements of the mechanical balancing mechanism become important considerations.

For commercial parking facilities, industrial parks, and other high-traffic entrances, the barrier gate needs to provide more than basic vehicle access control. It must also meet higher requirements for traffic efficiency.

G30 Uses a Non-Spring 3D Dual-Drive Structure

G30 adopts WEJOIN's independently developed 3D dual-drive non-spring mechanism, eliminating the traditional spring-balancing structure.

Two drive motors control different movement directions. The vertical movement uses a two-stage planetary gear transmission, while the horizontal movement uses a two-stage gear transmission. The two movements are combined to create a three-dimensional curved motion trajectory.

This structure allows G30 to move beyond the conventional single-axis boom movement and control the boom through a three-dimensional motion mechanism.

A 0.3-Second Operating Speed for High-Frequency Access

According to WEJOIN's official product specifications, G30 has an operating speed of 0.3 seconds, a rated operating life of 8 million cycles, and a working temperature range of -30°C to 70°C.

High-speed operation can be valuable for commercial parking facilities, industrial parks, and other vehicle entrances with concentrated traffic flow.

However, operating speed is not the only consideration for a high-speed barrier gate. Mechanical transmission, motion trajectory, control technology, and safety functions must also work together to support high-speed operation.

Variable-Frequency Control Combined with a Non-Spring Structure

G30 uses a permanent-magnet synchronous DC motor combined with variable-frequency control.

This configuration allows the drive system to control boom movement while reducing adjustment requirements associated with conventional spring balancing mechanisms.

Therefore, the technical focus of G30 is not simply speed. Instead, its non-spring mechanism, dual-drive system, 3D motion structure, and variable-frequency control work together to create a different mechanical approach to automatic barrier gate design.

Supporting the Development of Intelligent Access Control

With the development of license plate recognition, parking management platforms, and intelligent access control systems, barrier gates have become an important execution device within vehicle management systems.

G30 supports Bluetooth control and provides operational functions such as boom direction adjustment, allowing the system to be configured according to different project requirements.

The transition from traditional spring barrier gates to non-spring 3D barrier technology reflects the broader development of vehicle access equipment toward higher-speed and more intelligent operation.
